BEECAM: Seabees Place Concrete for Steel Shade Structure

Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 and Public Works Department (PWD) Yokosuka Self Help Seabees placed more than 32 cubic meters of steel reinforced concrete for a project to support Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Morale, Welfare and Recreation, Sept. 2, Yokosuka, Japan. The Seabees are building a 6,000 square-foot concrete pad and steel shade structure for CFAY, U.S. 7th Fleet and installation tenant commands to host liberty and recreation events at this popular spot for off-duty activities.
