NAVFAC Hawaii Military Personnel Receive 2015 Navy League Sea Service Award

HONOLULU, Hawaii (Dec. 3, 2015) On Dec. 3, Lt. John D. Frank (right) and CE1 (SCW) Richard G. Simbre (left) of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii were each presented with a 2015 Navy League Sea Service Award by the Honolulu Council Navy League at a ceremony in Honolulu, Hawaii. This award is for Sailors and Marines who have exhibited outstanding performance of duty, individual achievement, excellence in leadership, participation in community activities, and outstanding military bearing and appearance.
