OKINAWA, Japan (April 01, 2015) Construction Builder Constructionman Avery Delosh from Massena, N.Y., assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, briefs 2nd grade students on the rules of the newspaper tower building contest during a volunteer event at the Edward C.
