GALLUP, New Mexico (Aug. 8, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 18 and NMCB 3 work on the beginning structure of a house as part of an innovative readiness training (IRT) project in Gallup, New Mexico, Aug. 8. NMCB 18 led the IRT project this year where Seabees from different commands came together to build homes for the Southwest Indian Foundation for delivery to the Navajo nation.
