171117-N-GZ832-0014 OKINAWA, Japan (Nov. 17, 2017) Chief Builder Andrew Wilson instructs Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 about the blended retirement system during unit driven training. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific. NMCB’s are ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
