NAVFAC Hawaii Seabee Receives NAM at Retirement Ceremony - Talaro

NAVFAC Hawaii Commanding Officer Capt. Dean Tufts (right) presents a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (Gold Star in Lieu of Third Award) to BUC (SCW) Boy Julito L. Talaro during his retirement ceremony, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Nov. 24. The award is for “professional achievement while serving as Leading Chief Petty Officer for NAVFAC Hawaii and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam from September 2012 – November 2015.” Talaro served the U.S. Navy for 20 years.
